The Alameda Residence is a bungalow built in 1921.  The original kitchen was remodeled under previous ownership and was dated and inefficient.  Our task was to renovate the rear half of the house, including the kitchen and rear bedroom.

An original built-in separating the dining room from the kitchen was removed to open up the space.  All new cabinets, lighting, appliances and oak flooring were installed.  The black theme runs throughout, with matte black cabinets, black powdercoated appliances and shelving, and a black soapstone counters. The custom book-matched oak veneer base unit facing the dining room provides ample legroom for seating.
